Our firm is proud to have helped clients throughout New England and in many other states recover the most out of their insurance coverage. Our public insurance adjusters, loss consultants, and appraisers are internationally recognized for their thorough, timely and professional assistance to industrial, institutional, commercial and residential policyholders.

We work exclusively for the insured to recover the entire amount to which they are entitled. Our staff of in-house appraisers, licensed public insurance adjusters and loss consultants enables our clients to focus their energies on resuming their normal activities while we assume responsibility for preparing a detailed assessment of all property damage and business interruption claims.

Prior to joining our staff, a candidate must validate their experience as a public insurance adjuster or must bring specific qualifications crucial to a public insurance adjuster’s duties such as accounting, appraisal or estimating.

Roger Gordon – FPPA, JD
Roger Gordon is a season loss consultant with over 35 years of experience handling property insurance claims for the policyholder. Roger joined the family firm in 1963 after serving 3 years as an Assistant District Attorney in Middlesex County. In 1985 Roger was one of the founders of Adjusters International. Roger has served as President of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters and was a long time member of its Board of Directors. Roger was also a founder of the Association’s Professional Certification Program that confers the Senior Professional Public Adjuster, SPPA designation. He is only 1 of 5 adjusters in the country to be designated Fellow Professional Public Adjuster, FPPA.

Ben Pinkowitz – Adjuster & Staff Builder
Ben Pinkowitz is a Professional Loss Consultant with over 15 years of construction and general contracting experience focusing on residential and commercial real estate developments. Ben is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology in the construction management program. He has an Unrestricted Massachusetts State Construction Supervisor’s License
